The IT support unit was established in 2010 for the sole purpose of desktop maintenance. Ever since then the unit began to grow and is now divided into two units.
- The first is located in Alexandria and serves all branches in Alexandria as well as Port Said branch.
- The second is located in Cairo and serves all branches in Cairo.

The units are responsible for the following:

• Initial testing and compliance of all IT devices.
• Operating system and software maintenance.
• Hardware maintenance.
• Hardware repair.
